JFE is Chris and Melissa Jeffries. Chris started his own home building business more than 20 years ago, and today we build in communities across Johnson County and Lee's Summit, plus custom homes on land our clients already own.
Clients, real estate agents and professionals across the Kansas City area have been sending people our way for years. We involve you in the design-build process as much or as little as you want.

Owner
Chris earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri and started in commercial construction before turning to homes. His plan designs and his eye for detail are what carried JFE across Missouri and Kansas.

Melissa has been designing and furnishing model homes for 15 years. She has a real passion for home furnishing and architecture.
