Meet with Chris
Every build starts with a conversation about what you want, what you need and what you want to spend. Homeowners mention that first meeting with Chris Jeffries in their reviews, and some had met with several other builders before choosing us.

Choose your lot, or bring your land
Pick a lot in one of the thirteen communities we build in, from Overland Park to Lee's Summit, or build on acreage or a reserved lot you already own. Building on acreage is something we know well.

Pick a plan, or design your own
Start from one of our plans and change what you like, or bring a plan you have already drawn up. As a design-build firm, we handle the design and the construction under one roof.

Make your selections
Cabinets, counters, flooring, fixtures and finishes. One homeowner said JFE "includes many extras in their homes that others may not include."

Build with a JFE project manager
A JFE project manager runs your build day to day. Homeowners name theirs in their reviews, which tells you how much of the experience runs through that one person.

Despite the craziness with manufacturing and delays on many things JFE was able to stay on track the entire build process. They gave us a move in date of Oct/Nov in February when we went into contract and we closed October 20th!
